Mark Salvatus is an intermedia artist at the forefront of critical discourse on the subject of urbanization and the socio-economic underpinnings. He is a recipient of the 13 Artists Award from the Cultural Center of the Philippines in 2012, and his works have been presented in various international exhibitions and institutions such as the Asia Society Museum in New York (2015), Jakarta Biennale (2015, 2011), Honolulu Biennial (2014), Guangzhou Triennale (2011), and Singapore Biennale (2011).
