This publication accompanies the exhibition Muhon: Traces of an Adolescent City, the Philippine participation in the 15th International Architecture Exhibition – La Biennale di Venezia.
The catalogue is composed of two books. The first book, A Distilled Essence – Defining a City in Flux, contains articles that were written by Paulo Alcazaren, Jeffrey Delfin Cobilla, Patrick Flores, Dominic Galicia, Tobias Guggenheimer, and Marian Pastor-Roces. The second book, Imprints, Markers and Projects, gives insight into the process of creating the various muhons of the artists and architects. It was edited by Maya Besa and the curatorial team, Juan Paolo de la Cruz, Sudarshan Khadka Jr., and Leandro Locsin, Jr.
